Fees

Trinity kindy has adopted the 20 Free hours policy. Fees and optional charges are available upon request.

There is no charge for public holidays. Trinity Kindergarten runs on the same dates as Primary Schools. Click here for more information about sessions.

Fees are due in one lump sum payment upon enrolment within the first two weeks of term. If this is not possible, please speak to the manager so that a payment plan can be set up for you. We accept cheque or cash only. You will be issued with an official fee envelope, which also acts as your receipt. Please use this envelope only to pay fees.

Absenteeism & Fees

ILLNESS

If your child is absent from the centre for an odd day here and there due to illness then you will be required to pay the full fee for those days. If your child is absent for a full week of normal attendance due to illness and we are notified on the first day of absence then a half fee will apply.

HOLIDAYS

If your child is absent due to a holiday during term time, and you have notified us of this before you leave, then a half fee will apply. This fee is known as a holding fee and must be paid before you leave for holiday. This will ensure that you child's place is held open until you return.

If you choose not to pay the holding fee then your child's place at kindy will not be held open. Should you fail to give notice of a holiday absence, or simply fail to turn up for sessions, we will assume that you have cancelled your enrolment.
